Network & IT Support
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Network & IT Support Executive to assist in maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and daily technical operations. In this role, you will help ensure that all systems, devices, and networks function smoothly across corporate offices, operational centers, and partner locations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing day-to-day technical assistance, maintaining IT equipment, supporting employees with troubleshooting issues, and helping manage software and system access. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting teams with reliable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to laptops, desktops, printers, email accounts, and VPN access
- Escalate complex technical issues to external service providers or internal IT teams when necessary
IT Equipment & Asset Management
- Assist in configuring laptops and workstations for new employees
- Install required applications, security tools, and productivity software
- Maintain records and tracking of IT assets including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Coordinate the allocation and return of devices during employee onboarding and offboarding
Software & System Management
- Support the installation, configuration, and updating of business software
- Track software usage and licensing requirements
- Ensure systems comply with organizational IT policies and standards
Network Assistance
- Support the setup and maintenance of local networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network devices
- Monitor connectivity issues and assist with basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, and access points
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain IT documentation, logs, and inventory records
- Provide support for internal systems, portals, and operational tools
- Assist with basic office technology and system-related administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and office productivity software
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration
- Experience handling IT hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide on-site technical support
Preferred Skills
- Experience assisting with employee onboarding and IT setup
- Familiarity with device management platforms or endpoint management tools
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices and system security protocols
